The survey does not comply with City Standards. Top and bottom of retaining walls must be shown. I did find a <br /> permit for a 4ft+retaining wall but did not see the design in the folder. <br /> 2. The approved plan called for a swale on the south side of the home in order to ensure run off did not intrude <br /> onto the neighboring property. The swale is not shown on the as-built.
