The approved grading plan for the proposed project included a proposed swale on the south side of the <br /> property. The as-built survey does not show a swale and the grading as constructed appears to direct water <br /> onto the neighboring property. Was the swale installed? Was there another mechanism installed to keep water <br /> from running onto the neighboring property? Please clarify. <br /> 3. The approved survey showed an existing fire pit within the 75' zone. The as-built survey does not show a fire <br /> pit. Was this removed?
