Upon review it <br /> appears that I need some clarification, specifically there are a number of"proposed"features such as patios, driveways, <br /> decks and sidewalks which require either Zoning Permits or Building Permits; also the proposed grading should be shown <br /> on the submitted survey. If the features labeled proposed are not to be constructed at this time the survey should be <br /> corrected to reflect only what will be built. <br /> A $2500 escrow will be required with these projects.
