You submitted a Zoning Permit Application on February 2, 2017. We sent you a letter on February 16, 2017 noting the application is incomplete and additional information was requested. To-date we have not received any updated information. Recently we observed additional filling and grading has occurred on your property. There are no erosion control measures in place. Please note: You do not have a permit to conduct grading or bring fill to the property. The MCWD has been notified and will contact you regarding potential impacts to the wetland. In order to proceed with the After-the-Fact permit: 1. Establish erosion control measures immediately. 2. Submit an updated site plan which matches the work that has been completed for our review. 3. Erosion control measures must stay in place until vegetation has been established. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
