You do not have a permit to conduct grading activities. <br /> I will remind you that on December 30, 2016 a stop work order was posted and to-date you have not completed our <br /> requirements for the after-the-fact permit. A City Inspector visited the site and noted today's grading and hydro <br /> seeding was completed. Please be aware,this work may not be approved as it has been completed/finished. <br /> A revised plan must be submitted before Friday,June 9, 2017 to finalize our review of the after-the-fact permit. Failure <br /> to respond as requested by June 9, 2017 will result in this matter being forwarded to the City Attorney for prosecution <br /> and/or issuance of a citation. <br /> Timeline of events: <br /> December 30, 2016 Stop Work Order Issued <br /> February 10, 2017 Zoning Permit application submitted <br /> February 16, 2017 Incomplete letter sent <br /> April 13, 2017 City Staff noticed additional grading <br /> April 14, 2017 City Staff contacted MCWD. MCWD waiting for information. <br /> April 19, 2017 Email sent reminding property owner of stop work order and the need for revised plans <br /> June 1, 2017 City Staff observed additional grading and hydro seeding and a site visit was made. <br /> Phone conversations and email sent to property owner. <br /> 1 <br />
