Staff <br /> conducted a preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted <br /> or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Wetland. Based on our available information, it appears there is a wetland within the subject property. This <br /> wetland appears to be located within 150 feet of the project area/disturbance. Orono City Code Section 78- <br /> 1605 (copy attached) requires a wetland delineation for any proposed work within 150 of a wetland. <br /> Level 2 Delineation is required. A Level 2 delineation must include the exact surveyed boundary of <br /> the wetland shown on the certificate of survey. <br /> 2. Certificate of Survey. A survey dated 2010 was submitted with hand-drawn annotations. After a wetland <br /> delineation has been completed a report should be submitted to the MCWD for their approval. Once the <br /> MCWD has approved the delineation, have the survey updated to show the delineated wetland edge along the <br /> location of the fill and with how many cubic yards of fill was brought to the site. Please note,our engineer has <br /> not reviewed the survey,so additional comments may be forthcoming. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project.
