Evelyn M. Turner
From: Evelyn M. Turner
Sent: Friday, February 02, 2007 12:43 PM
To: jmartinson3@aol.com
Subject: Permit Status
Jim:
I took a brief look at your plans. A couple of minor glitches:
1. Gronberg did not change the grading plan to reflect the City Engineer's comments.
I faxed the comments to him and asked him to make the changes and provide us two
new surveys. You should probably contact him to let him know you need the
revisions done quickly. I'm not sure I can pass the plans to Lyle until we get them.
2. When Mike Gaffron and I reviewed the building elevations for height, we somehow
missed the dormer in the roof above the main door. Can the dormer be deleted?
Otherwise the house is too tall - height is halfway between the top of the window in
the dormer and the peak of the roof instead of halfway between the bottom of the roof
and the peak. If that is OK let me know and we will just note the deletion on plans.
If you want to provide light in the attic, you could use a skylight.
Evelyn Turner
2/2/2007
