The approved copies of sheets 2 and 3 with the resolution for the Conditional Use Permit are dated 10/11/2013. Please submit two copies of sheets 2 and 3 with the correct date and proposed and existing hardcover calculations. Also, attached is an updated escrow agreement. No additional escrow money is needed at this time. Please have the property owner sign and return. Finally, your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements.
