PROJECT SCOPE <br />DESIGN AND REVIEW OF CAST -IN-PLACE CONCRETE FOOTING REQUIREMENTS FOR A PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL REMODEL. CONSTRUCTION IS TO BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE DRAWINGS, STANDARD INDUSTRY PRACTICE, AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE. <br />GENERAL NOTES <br />1. THESE DOCUMENTS APPLY TO STRUCTURAL ONLY. REFER TO HOUSE PLANS PREPARED BY DANBERRY BUILDING CORP. FOR MORE INFORMATION. A SITE VISIT BY NICK HANSON, PE, OF THE HANSON GROUP, WAS PERFORMED ON 11-17-15 TO VIEW THE EXPOSED LOWER LEVEL FRAMING AND FOUNDATION WALLS. <br />2. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUILDER TO PROVIDE ALL FUTURE PLAN CHANGES TO THE HANSON GROUP FOR REVIEW. IF EXISTING FRAMING LAYOUTS VARY FROM THOSE SHOWN ON THESE PLANS, NOTIFY ENGINEER. A REVISION TO THESE STRUCTURAL PLANS WILL LIKELY BE REQUIRED FOLLOWING DEMOLITION <br />OF FINISHED MATERIALS. THE HANSON GROUP RECOMMENDS WAITING UNTIL AFTER DEMOLITION AND A FOLLOW UP REVIEW BY THE HANSON GROUP PRIOR TO PURCHASING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS. <br />3. ADEQUATE SHORING DURING CONSTRUCTION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. <br />4. CONTRACTOR AND BUILDER ARE TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH WORK.
