Attached MCWD survey that show the perimeter <br /> erosion control measures. <br /> Attached is the revised permit set showing a revised pergola to comply with the setback requirements. This <br /> answers Item 2. Do you need a hard copy of the sheets that have changed? <br /> R arding Item 3, all of the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements (i.e. sidewalks, patios, asphalt <br /> riveway location, grading (no retaining walls)) are all shown on the existing Proposed survey dated 9/18/17 <br /> that was included in the Permit packet. There WILL NOT be a walkway or pathway in conjunction with the <br /> patio. <br /> All landscaping, sodding and plantings will be installed by Aspen Landscaping. <br /> o, if you have not received the MCWD permits for both 2635 and 2645 Casco Point Road, Item 4, we have <br /> attached them. <br /> Please contact us if you have any other questions.
