If the lot size were increased by acquiring additional adjacent land <br /> could the septic system be designed to accomodate more than 4 bedrooms? <br /> 11. What are the costs associated with the private road? <br /> 12. Is there a restriction on where the primary residence can be located on <br /> the property. <br /> 13. Are there set in boundaries for any building from the property lines? <br /> 14. What easements exist on the property? <br /> 15. What covenants exist on the property with regard to the subdivision <br /> and the present property owner? How long do they remain in effect? <br />
