<br /> R/C from Pagonis that several sections of her dock had been removed. The dock sections that were removed were place on the edge of the shoreline
<br /> __ _,and on her yard. Several sections of dock were still in the water that were near the three boats that were tied to the dock. Pagonis said she had

<br /> received two phone messages that advised her that if she did not pay the rest of the money,the dock sections would be removed. These messages
<br /> were left by Mark Hallin. Hallin had installed a new dock for Pagonis in the spring. Pagonis contracted Hallin to install a new dock and also to have
<br /> the dock raised in June. Total cost was$1050.00. Pagonis made two payments that totaled$800.00. Pagonis doesn't want to pay Hallin the rest,
<br /> because she feels he has done unauthorized work and is too much. Hallin has come to Pagonis property and removed the'wood sections during the
<br /> summer and had called several times to be paid the remaining balance. A letter was sent to Hallin in August advising him to stay off the property.
<br /> Pagonis also showed me a letter with today's date on it that Pagonis had sent by certified mail to Hallin,advising him to stay off the property.
<br /> Pagonis said that she did not see Hallin on the property and said Hallin may have removed the sections of dock from the water. Pagonis does not
<br /> own any of the boats at the dock and three other individuals rent out the dock space and can not get to their boats. Statement was taken and advised
<br /> •
<br /> would send to city attorney for possible charges of trespassing. Also Pagonis maybe in violation of ordinance reference to renting of dock space.
