It is very clear to me <br /> that I am not able to solely rent out the use of my remaining dock. I should ; however, <br /> have the right to rent out a few rooms in my home(along with the use of the lake and <br /> dock). <br /> Due to the current economic conditions, I found it necessary to rent out a few rooms (I <br /> have several bedrooms). Why would my roommates/renters not be allowed to use the <br /> dock/lake? <br /> I placed various adds to get more responses. I would like to think when people are <br /> selling, listing, or renting a property that one would be able to advertise its amenities, <br /> such as lakefront, room with a view, ect. If I received a call or email from a potential <br /> renter, I gave details with regards to the rental.
