Aldrich, Hennepin County Courts. The City of Orono should receive notice <br /> shortly. <br /> I have a 4-5 bedroom home. I also have plenty of lakeshore that supports the watercrafts <br /> currently at my home. Per your request, the 21 ft. Hull ID No.#YAMCW250E606 has <br /> been registered to my home, 2740 Shadywood Rd (see attachment). <br /> I, Elaine T. Pagonis, respectfully request the right to rent out a few rooms in my home, <br /> and subsequently lake access along with said leases. My current renters have small <br /> children. Needles to say, breaking any current leases would be problematic. <br /> I will assert my rights as a resident and a homeowner. I will also certainly do my due <br /> diligence with regards to property leases, any and all governing bodies effecting lake <br /> minnetonka, and/or other laws that may apply(for example: prejudicial enforcement). <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter, <br /> ei <br /> Elaine T.
