I am the Building Official for the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal <br /> corporation("City"); <br /> 2. I have reviewed the City's records relating to the expenses incurred by the City in <br /> this matter relating to the enforcement of Orono's Resolution No. 6229 adopted May 13, 2013, <br /> and the court Order entered January 15, 2014, relating to the removal of the hazardous buildings <br /> and conditions located at 2740 Shadywood Road, Orono, Minnesota; <br /> 3. This Statement of Expenses is submitted pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22; <br /> 4. The City has incurred expenses totaling $11,600.00 in connection with the <br /> enforcement of the above Order, calculated and documented by City business records as follows: <br /> Mikie's Landscaping $ 4,500.00 <br /> Campbell Knutson, P.A. —legal fees and expenses 6,810.00 <br /> Estimated legal fees 290.00 <br /> Total $11,600.00 <br /> 5.
