They are as follows: <br /> 1. The property has 4 dead trees that are shedding limbs and are endangering <br /> neighboring properties. Violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55, Subd. 1. <br /> 2. The property has tall grass and weeds, the dock has collapsed into the lake and <br /> remains partially submerged, the boat house foundation is failing and the entire <br /> building is in disrepair and there is a large brush pile that has been next to the <br /> driveway all summer.
