§ 10 .40 <br /> G. Nurseries. Day nurseries provided not less than <br /> 50 square feet of outside play area per pupil is available and <br /> fenced. <br /> H. Offices. Any incidental repair or <br /> processing necessary to conduct a permitted principal use, provided <br /> that the incidental use shall not exceed 30% of the floor space of <br /> the principal building. <br /> G.
