Such a permit was issued on June 12, 2000 <br /> and a copy of same (City Council Resolution No. 4476) is attached. <br /> To the best of our knowledge, the present improvements on the Property have been constructed in <br /> accordance with applicable zoning and building ordinances. A Temporary Certficate of Occupancy <br /> was issued for the property on December 12,2000 and a final Certificate of Occupancy was issued <br /> May 30, 2002. <br /> The amount of parking space required for the improvements under current code is 60 stalls. The <br /> parking provided on the property satisfies this requirement. No cross-parking easements for the <br /> benefit of adjoining landowners have been specifically approved by the City for this site; however, <br /> the City would not oppose any such arrangement meeting the requirements of Orono Zoning Code <br /> Section 10.61 Subd. 6 (copy attached). <br /> We have no current knowledge of any outstanding citations or violations associated with the <br /> property. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michael P.
