(4,?.. <br /> . . 4.0 <br /> :^} ,a CITY of ORONO <br /> :,1,4, (Avot G4 RESOLUTION OF TII CdTOY COUNCIL <br /> 9kESTri& • NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION CORRECTING <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4476 <br /> FILE NO. 2567 <br /> WHEREAS, on June 12, 2000, the City Council of the City of Orono approved <br /> Resolution No. 4476, A Resolution Granting Variances to Orono Municipal Zoning Code <br /> Sections 10.56 Subdivision 167(L), Conditional Use Permits Per Section 10.03, <br /> Subdivisions 19-21, and Approving the Issuance of a Building Permit to Walfred <br /> Properties for the Property Located at 2380 Shadywood Road Per Municipal Zoning <br /> Code Section 10.44, Subdivision 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution was recorded on April 1, 2001 as document number <br /> 7447606; and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of the Property contained in this resolution <br /> does not include all the land intended to be included. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby amends Resolution No. 4476 Document No. 7447606, to add the property <br /> described on the attached Exhibit A to the legal description of the Property.
