Stickney (hereinafter the "subdivider") has requested a <br /> Conditional Use Permit, approved on May 13, 1985 be released within the plat of Crystal Bay <br /> Preserve; and ‘2' 7 g0 aw- eun- 77... ..e" <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> WHEREAS,on August 23, 1999,the City Council approved the plat of Crystal Bay <br /> Preserve; and <br /> WHEREAS, the plat of Crystal Bay Preserve included property located at 250 <br /> Old Crystal Bay Road legally described as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Two Hundred twenty-nine (229), <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file or of record <br /> in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county, lying Southerly of <br /> a line drawn parallel with and 240 feet Southerly of, as measured at right angles <br /> to, the North line of said Lot 1 and lying Westerly of a line drawn parallel with <br /> and 1,070 feet Easterly of, as measured at right angles to, the West line of said <br /> Lot 1 (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on December 13, 1999, the Orono City <br /> Council releases Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 from the Conditional Use Permit, per Resolution <br /> No. 1757 based on the findings noted below: <br /> 1. A conditional use permit for a guest apartment was approved by the Orono City <br /> Council for property located at 250 Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> 2.
