In which case, the City can request this combination from the <br /> County at no charge on the property owners' behalf as long as a written request to do so is submitted by the <br /> property owners and a copy of the deed(s) for the properties is provided. <br /> There may be zoning implications in doing so, however as I explained above, if the Beckers wish to utilize the <br /> two smaller pieces for construction and/or wish to benefit from the total square footage for our hardcover and <br /> structural coverage limitations the properties must be combined. <br />
