BUILDING PERMIT ESCROW AGREEMENT Orono Building Permit#2014-01383 EXHIBIT A-LEGAL DESCRIPTION , That part, of Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 118, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the north line of the south 344.5 feet of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36 with a line run from a point in the south line of said North Half, a distance of 391.00 feet east from the southwest corner thereof t a point in the south line of Registered Land Survey No. 1031 a distance of 830.75 feet from the east line of Government Lot 3, said last described line being hereinafter referred to as line A; thence northerly along said line A, 364.1 feet; thence North 86 degrees 22 minutes 255.2 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence northerly 52.00 feet parallel with line A; thence North 40 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 63.64 feet; thence North 28 degrees 42 minutes 38 seconds East a distance of 109.66 feet, more or less, to a line run parallel with line A through the point of beginning; thence northerly parallel with line A to the south line of Registered Land Survey No. 1031; thence easterly along said south line to a point 298.35 feet westerly from the easterly line of Government Lot 3; thence southerly 389.60 feet parallel with the easterly line of Government Lot 3; thence southwesterly to a point on a line bearing North 86 degrees 22 minutes East from the point of beginning, said point being 361.58 feet westerly from the easterly line of Government Lot 3, as measured at right angles with said easterly line; thence westerly to the point of beginning.
