i • <br /> August 30, 1979, age 13, with primary physical custody of the <br /> child awarded to the respondent, subject to the petitioner's <br /> right of reasonable visitation. <br /> 3. Child Support. The petitioner shall pay to respondent, <br /> as and for child support, the sum of One Hundred Fifty and no/100 <br /> ($150.00) Dollars per month, payable in two equal installments of <br /> $75.00 on the first and fifteenth days of each month commencing <br /> October 1, 1992 , and continuing thereafter until the minor child <br /> reaches the age of majority, is serving in the military service, <br /> becomes married, self-supporting or otherwise emancipated, <br /> whichever event occurs first. If said child reaches the age of <br /> majority prior to graduating high school, support shall continue <br /> until the month following the month in which the child graduates, <br /> but in no even past age twenty (20) . <br /> The child support figure set forth herein constitutes a <br /> slight downward deviation of approximately $100 per month, based <br /> upon the petitioner's earnings of approximately $1,000 net per <br /> month, predicated on the fact that the petitioner will be <br /> furnishing items for the child and there is unrestricted <br /> visitation: <br /> 4. Appendix "A" . That the attached Appendix "A" dated 1/92 <br /> is incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length. <br /> 5. Health Insurance for Minor Child. That the respondent <br /> shall maintain in full force and effect for the benefit of the <br /> minor child the maximum group medical, major medical and <br /> -2- <br />
