Meyer , <br /> On November 6 , 1987 I met with you at the above subject <br /> property to eveluate the drainage problem you have created. At <br /> that meeting I asked if you had filled the area, at which time <br /> you indicated you had. <br /> I discussed the matter of surface runoff being directed to <br /> neighboring property and that you must submit a plan of <br /> correcting this matter . <br /> As of this date I have not received any plans or seen any <br /> corrective action being taken. <br /> I am writing this letter to inform you that plans to correct <br /> this matter must be submitted to the City within twenty (20) days <br /> (April 6, 1988) .
