<br /> A RESOLUTION
<br /> AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 5704,5747, 5828,AND 5893
<br /> AND EXTENDING THE TIME ALLOWED
<br /> FOR FILING THE PLAT OF STONEBAY COMMERCIAL
<br /> FILE NO. 07-3336
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municipal corporation
<br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on December 10, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5704
<br /> granting Final Plat Approval and Final Planned Unit Development approval for property legally described
<br /> as Outlot A, STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property") within the City of
<br /> Orono,to be called Stonebay Commercial; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 12, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5747 extending
<br /> the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2008; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 13, 2009,the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5828 extending
<br /> the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2009; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on December 14, 2009, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5893
<br /> extending the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2010; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Central Bank, a Minnesota Corporation, has purchased the Property and,
<br /> finding it was unable to file the plat within the time allowed,has requested an extension of the time allowed
<br /> to file the plat.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono
<br /> does hereby amend Resolution Nos. 5704, 5747, 5828 and 5893 to change the time limit for satisfying
<br /> conditions of the resolution and filing the final plat to December 10, 2011. Resolution No. 5704 otherwise
<br /> remains in force.
