The attached meino from Steve Grittman offers some <br /> additional thoughts on these topics pursuant to discussions with staff since that meeting. <br /> Staff is meeting with Ryan Co. and the Whites on Monday the 13th to discuss the road <br /> issues. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Review and discuss the topics included in the March 10 memo. Determine the next steps <br /> for moving forward on the ordinance. <br />
