The effluent leaves the septic tank and daylights to the surface of the <br /> ground. This system should have been made to upgrade 10 months after first being <br /> identified as surfacing. <br /> I strongly recommend that the property owners are made to update the septic system <br /> before any consideration is given as to preliminary plat approval. Septic issues need to <br /> addressed before plat approval since it is the most incentive for the property owner to <br /> remedy the situation.
