At <br /> that meeting the applicant was directed to revise the plans for the proposed hoine so that it would <br /> better fit into the character of the iinmediate neighborhood and into the character of the city as a <br /> whole. The applicant has proposed revised, slightly smaller home floor plans and elevation drawings <br /> for a home with a 5,146 s.f. footprint and a total square footage of 12,014 s.f. of livable space plus a <br /> 1,683.9 s.f. attached garage, With this revision, the applicant has indicated that by reducing the size of <br /> the footprint, and removing the two-sided walk-out the proposed site grading will be reduced. <br /> The applicant would lilce the Council to review ihese revisions and determine �vhether or not he has <br /> met the goals provided at the September 26`h meeting. <br /> Ylanning Commission Recommendation <br /> On September 19, Planning Commission voted 3-4 on � inotion to recommend approval of the lot <br /> width variance and the conditional use permit - this motion failed. A second motion to approve the lot <br /> �vidth variance and to deny the conditional use permit was made, the vote result was 4 -3. This motion <br /> passed. <br />
