- o <br /> � MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING COUNCIL NiEETING <br /> Monday,February 13, 2006 r <br /> 7:00 o'clock p.m. FE� � / [G06 <br /> CITY <br /> ROLL <br /> The Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Acting Mayor <br /> Jim White; Council Members Bob Sansevere, Jim Muiphy, and Lili McMillan; City Attorney Matt Brokl; <br /> Re�resenting Staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, Engineer Tom <br /> Kellogg, and Recorder Jackie Young. <br /> Mayor Barbara Peterson was absent. <br /> Acting Mayor White called the ineeting to order at 7:00 P.M., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. APPROVE/AIVIEND <br /> Items 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> *2. REGULAR COUNCIL A'IEETING OF JANUARY 23, 2006 <br /> Murpliy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2006 City Council <br /> meeting as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS—MIKE HUDDY, REPRESENTATIVE <br /> Huddy stated the Park Commission is enthusiastic about worl<ing more closely with the City Council in <br /> its work sessions. Huddy reported the Park Commission would be further discussing the tree preservation <br /> ordinance and the creation of a soccer practice field at one of the local parks at its next meeting. <br /> Huddy requested that someone fi-om the Public Works Department be appointed to worlc with the Park <br /> Commission on park-related issues. <br /> PAGE 1 of 25 <br />
