IV. Cost Analysis <br /> Detailed cost estimates for the proposed improvements are presented in the appendices. These costs <br /> include a 5 percent contingency, a 20 percent allowance for design, inspection, le�al, and <br /> administration costs, and a 5 percent allowance for capitalized interest and bonding costs durin; <br /> construction. The estimated costs shown in this report are based on 200� unit prices and can be <br /> related to the ENR Construction Cost Index for December 2005 of 7,647.
