This development is located west of Old Crystal Bay Road and <br /> south of Sixth Avenue North/County Road 6. <br /> This report describes the sanitary sewer improvements necessary to provide municipal sanitary <br /> sewer service to thirteen existing homes. Two options were explored in a previous report dated <br /> October 31, 2005. Gravity sanitary sewer with a lift station and pressure sewer were examined. <br /> This report refines the pressure sewer system previously discussed.
