After obtaining <br /> public input regarding a draft trail master plan, the District has adopted a final master plan. A <br /> resolution supporting the final trail master plan is attached for Council consideration. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion regarding the adoption of a resolution in support of the final master plan for the Dakota <br /> Rail Trail. <br />
