We agreed to that when we bought <br /> the property on October 23, 2000. (See attached) <br /> The sellers of the property did not disclose to us any information about Resolution#4026 <br /> (attached). While we have never used the cottage as a "living space", we understand and respect <br /> the City's concerns about future owners. <br /> Af�er discussions with Mike Gai�ron and Melanie Curtis of the City Planning Department, we <br /> have decided the best course of action is to remove the appearance of an alternate living space, <br /> Therefore, we will void and effectively render useless the bathroom fi�rtures.
