Matt has now <br /> prepared a revised Ordinance reflecting the discussions and in conformity with state <br /> stahrtes. That Ordinance draft is attached as Exhibit A. Exhibit B is a draft showing the <br /> changes from the draft reviewed on February 1. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Commission should carefully review the ordinance language to determine if <br /> there are any questions about how it will affect our practices.
