Additionally, I have jusi <br /> finished reviev.�ing the materials sent to me yesterday by your office which includes the <br /> complete description of the issues involved. <br /> I abree to the proposal with three minor conditions/assurarices: <br /> #1 Adjustment of the lot line will in no v,�ay inhibit my ability to make fuIl use of my <br /> property within the usual buidelines of Orono building and property codes. <br /> #2 Any costs associated with this transfer (ie. issues with Excel/NSP, etc.) would be the <br /> responsibility of Mr. Pierpont. <br /> #3 VVithin reason, I would like to make sure I sufferno major financial loss with the <br /> valuation of my property during the re-appraisal process that wi11 occur prior to closing <br /> oz� construction and conversion to a permanent mortgage.
