(2) B-3: size. Within the B-3 district, the aggregate square footage of sign <br /> space per lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of <br /> building, plus one square foot per front foot of property not occupied by a <br /> building. No individual sign surface shall exceed 100 square feet. <br /> {3) /:Within the I district, signs shall be permitted according to the <br /> regulations in Section 78-832. <br /> (4) 8-1, 8-2 and 8-4:height. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts, no sign <br /> shall extend in height more than two feet above the highest outside wall or <br /> parapet of any principal building, nor shall any sign be located closer than <br /> ten feet from any property line; except that any sign over ten square feet <br /> may project two feet into any required yard area from the principal <br /> building. <br /> (5) 8-3 and l:height. Within any B-3 or l district, no sign shail extend in <br /> height more than six feet in height above the highest outside wall or <br /> parapet of any principal building. No sign shall be located closer than ten <br /> feet from any property line, except that any sign exceeding ten square feet <br /> may project only two feet into the yard area from any building. <br /> SECTION 11.
