Wall Signs <br /> (1) No building within the I-Industrial District shall have a sign area <br /> consisting of more than five (5) percent of the building fa�ade facing the <br /> public right-of-way. <br /> Directional Signs <br /> (1) Directional signage needed for traffic circulation or pedestrian <br /> movement as approved by the City shall not count in the overall square <br /> footage calculations. <br /> B. When a single principal building is devoted to four(4) or more industrial uses, <br /> a comprehensive sign plan for the entire structure shall be required. No permit <br /> shall be issued for an individual use except upon a determination that it is <br /> consistent with the approved comprehensive sign plan. <br /> SECTION 3. Division 19. PID Planned Industrial District is hereby <br /> repealed in its entirety. <br /> SECTION 4. Section 78-536 of Subdivision III, Building and Site Design <br /> and Construction requirements is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> B. Parking within the I-Industrial District shall conform with the <br /> requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 5. Section 78-1511 (3) of Subdivision II, Setbacks for Parking <br /> is hereby repealed in its entirety and is hereby amended to read as <br /> fol lows: <br /> (3) I-Industrial Districts. All off-street parking spaces shall conform with <br /> the requirements of Section 78.827 of the Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 6. Sec. 78-1512. of Subdivision !I, Joint parking, is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> A. Required parking facilities serving two or more uses in the B district-may be <br /> located on the same lot, provided that the total number of parking spaces so <br /> furnished shall be not less than the sum totai of the separate requirements for <br /> each use and provided: <br /> (1) The proposed joint parking space is within 300 feet of the use it will <br /> serve; <br /> 19 <br />
