' <br /> Mayor Peterson stated that, initially, the development was proposad at 2-3 homes per acre. She <br /> indicated that she still had an issue with the massing in tliis neighUorhood. Wlule she liked what <br /> they had done, Mayor Peterson stated that she was hoping to see more moderate priced hoines <br /> proposed for this site. <br /> Gaffi•on stated that if massing is an issue the Council should look at the FAR, floor area ratio, and <br /> adjust it accordingly. <br /> Sansevere stated that he did not have a problem with the massing here, as they are virtually <br /> creating an individual neighborhood here, with similarly sized homes. <br /> Muiphy stated that he believed Bohland had doile all that he could to cooperate with the City and <br /> meet oLu•conservation goals. <br /> Bohland stated that he would look forward to accom�anyin�tl�e Council on a site visit. <br /> (No Motion??) <br /> PAGE 7 of 19 <br />
