ANNUAL PUBLIC �IEARING FOR NPDES PHASE II STORM WATER PERMIT <br /> Mayor Peterson opened the Public Hearing at 7:44 p.m, acknowledging that the affidavit had been <br /> preseiited. <br /> Gappa stated that the stariis of compliance with Perniit conditions indicated that the City is in <br /> substantial conlpliance with tl.e conditions and has continued to maintain the programs and policies <br /> described as Best Management Practices. In addition, Gappa stated that the City is making progress <br /> toward achieving the measurable goals. <br /> As there were no public comments,the Public Hearing was closed at 7:46 p.m. <br /> Muiplry thanlced public works staff for their presentation, noting that although seemingly mundane, <br /> as we continue to move forward with development, this is a critical issue, which the City must <br /> strive to put effort uito storm water management plans. <br /> PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> Pesek stated that the Commission is looking forward to their work session scl�eduled for Tuesday, <br /> at 5:45 p.m. with the City Council to discuss the Park Coirunission's role with regard to the Dakota <br /> rail trail,Big Island Vet's Camp,tree ordinance,buckthon�eradication, ete. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION COMNIENTS —TRAVIS WINKEY <br /> Winkey stated that he had notliing to report,but would remain for questions. <br /> ZONING ADMINIS`TRATOR'S REPORT <br /> .. 6. #OS-3131 STEVE BOHLAND OF BOHLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. 190 <br /> , WILLOW DRNE NORTH AND 177 GLENDALE DRIVE — PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> APPROVAL AND REZONING <br /> PAGE 5 of 19 <br />
