Rationa! method storm sewer calculations should be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 2. A pond outlet detail should be included on the plans and submitted for review and approval. <br /> The submitted model inciudes an outlet, though the design is unclear. An outlet should be <br /> properly designed and clearly shown on the pians. <br /> 3. The City's standard skimming pond outlet should be used (detail attached). <br /> 4. Drainage from the pond outiet structure should be routed to the northwest via a swale to prevent <br /> pond discharge from entering the adjacent property. <br /> 5. The pond emergency overflow (EOF) elevation should be labeled on the plans. The EOF <br /> elevation shouid be located at or above the 100-yr HWL.
