(34.1%)hardcover in the 7�-250' lakeshore setback <br /> where 4,537 s.f. (45.1%) eYists and 2,512.5 s.f. (25%) is allowed; to permit 1,447 s.f. <br /> (45.86%) liardcover in the 250-500' lakeshore setback where 1,705 s.f. (54%) e�ists and <br /> 946.5 s.f. (30%) is allowed, and variances to Seciion 10.03, Subdivision 15 (F) to perniit a <br /> 5' setback where 10' is required for construction of a netiv 22' X 3�' detached garage to <br /> replace an e�istizig detached garage, subject to the followiilg conditions: <br /> 1.
