It would Ue appropriate that his concerns be <br /> acidressed as part of a comprehensive stornlwater aiid wetl�nd m�nagement plan <br /> for the site. Ac�c�itionally, bec�use cez�tain elements of the proposed ponding plan <br /> involve fill or excavatiozi in existing wetlands, review and approval by the <br /> Mi�uiehaha Creelc Watershed District is necessary. <br /> 16, All proposed lots have been tested and found capable of providulg suitable <br /> primary atld �lternate sites for on-site sewage t�•eatment systems. For all lots, <br /> mound systems will be required. On Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2, <br /> treatment sites are relatively ilear the proposed house locations, aiid may lin�it the <br /> location or extent of potential future amenities. Special precautions must be taken <br /> to protect these sites oil both a short-terin and long-term basis, since muiucipal <br /> sewers are ilot projected to be exteiided to serve tlzis area of Orono. <br /> 17.
