The perniit holder, all <br /> organizations and private persons exercising authority tu�der this permit, do waive and release all <br /> claims against the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damage to person or property <br /> arising from the exercise of privileges granted by this pernut and agrees to hold harmless the City <br /> of Orono, its employees and officers fi-om any such claim. <br /> • The Orono Police Department and its officers are empowered to revoke this s�ecial event pei7nit at <br /> any time for any safety concerns that are not immediately resolved by the peiniit holder or a <br /> representative of the perniit holder. This revocation shall cause the inunediate cancellation of the <br /> event originally authorized Uy this permit. <br /> • No parking is to Ue allowed on Spruce Place or Loma Linda Avenue -the contractor will place <br /> enough "No Parking"signs on Loma Linda Avenue and Spruce Place to ensure compliance. <br /> • Three signs will Ue made up and placed at each junction of Loma Linda Avenue and CO RD 151 <br /> and Spruce Place at Loma Linda Avenue that state to the effect, "No Event Parlcing—Illegally <br /> Parked Vehicles are subject to Ticketing and Towing—Shuttle Service Provided I'rom North Arcn <br /> Landing."
