A R�SOLUTION ORDEI2ING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY <br /> R�PORT FOR JAMESTOWN ROAll SANITARY SrW�R <br /> WHEREAS,the neighborhood residents have presented a petition requesting an assessment <br /> projeci for the construction of a sanitary sewer system; and <br /> WHEREAS,it is proposed that the benefited property(s)be assessed for all of the cost of the <br /> improvements plusuant to Miiulesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Orono,Mirulesota that <br /> the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study, and that he is instructed to <br /> report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br /> whether the proposed iinprovement is necessary, cosi effective, and feasible and whether it should <br /> best be made as proposed or in corulection with some other improvenlent and the estimated cost of <br /> the improvement as reconunended. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono ihis 91h day of Januaiy 2006. <br /> ATT�ST: <br /> Linda S, Vee, City Clerk Barbara A.
