The dissenting <br /> Commissioner felt there was too much parking proposed and the site would have a"big box" feel. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recon�nlends approval of the requested conditional use permit subject to the recommendations of <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> The application was placed on the October 10, 2005 City Cowlcil agendl, however was tabled at the <br /> applicant's request. The applicant has since discussed options with the City Engineer to meet NURP <br /> requirements without having a wet pond. The applicant, therefore, will meet City Engineer <br /> recommendations with respect to the NURP �ond requirement. The most recent City Engineer <br /> recommendations are attached to this memo as �xhibit B. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Adopt and/or amend the attached resol�rtion approving a conditional use permit for 2060 Sixth Ave N. <br />
