AUTI30RIZATION TO DISBURSE CITY FUNDS FOR CLAIMS RECEIVED Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded,to authorize the City Treasurer to disburse City funds in payment of claims received for the December 27"' Council meeting,which has been canceled, and that such paid claims be presented for formal approval at the January 9, 2006 Council meeting. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. 15. 2006 NON-UNION COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS—RESOLUTION NO. 5411 Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded,to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5411, a Resolution Approving Pay Plan Adjustments for Non-Union City Employees for 2006. 16. APPOINTMENT OF POLICE DEPARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded, to approve the hiring of Anne Otto in the nonunion position of Police Oftice Manager at Level 5, Step 2 of the compensation plan,which will set her starting wage at$18.21 per hoi►r��ith a starting date of 01/03/06.
