The matters set forth in the "Whereas" clauses on page one <br /> of this Agreement are incorporated into and made a part hereof by this reference. <br /> 7.10 Survival of Provisions. It is expressly understood and agreed that the <br /> obligations and warranties of the City and County hereof shall survive the <br /> completion of performance and termination or cancellation of this Agreement. <br /> 7.11 Authority.
