The sale of the <br /> property across the street from us was the one that the assessor mentioned during our <br /> conversation. Since I knew that the same people were living in the home since the sale i <br /> researched wha ti�e owzi�r was listed a�. I thaug�t yau rr�ig�t�e ir�terested to see the <br /> enclosed article froin the Star Tribune stating that the listed owner of the property has <br /> bPen �ndicated on fraud in inflating real estate transactions in the metro area. <br /> How many other values were based on this sale? <br /> One oi us will'ue at t�e meeting on Wedr.esday, April 18`h.
