These positions should be appointed by resolution of the council of each <br /> member, for a term of one calendar year. This is to be done in January or your earliest <br /> LONG LAKE meeting in February so that the appointees can attend the first Full Commission Meeting <br /> February 19. <br /> LORETTO <br /> According to the Joint Powers Agreement,the directors must include, "at least one <br /> MAPLE PLAIN (director) of whom shall be a member of that(city)council and the other a qualified voter <br /> residing within that city. The City council of each member shall be entitled to appoint at <br /> least one alternate director." The alternate director must also be a voter residing within <br /> MEDINA the city. I have also enclosed with this letter the record of commissioner attendance at <br /> meetings. Unless commissioners are on the Executive Committee they are only expected <br /> MINNETONKA to attend the Quarterly Full Commission meetings. <br /> BEACH <br /> MINNETRISTA The Full Commission meets quarterly, the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM with <br /> the first Full Commission meeting in February. The Executive Committee meets every <br /> month the Full Commission does not meet at 5:00. After receiving confirmation of your <br /> oRONo city appaintees, I will rr�aii all cammissioners a schedule of ine�tings. The new <br /> commissioners will receive a copy of the Joint Powers Agreement so they are informed <br /> ST.
