CITY OF ORONO i <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES � <br /> i <br /> ; <br /> AGREEMENT made this day of ,2008,by and between the <br /> CITY OF ORONO,a Minnesota municipal corporation("City"), and the GILLESPIE CENTER, <br /> a Minnesota.non-profit corporation("Gillespie"). <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS <br /> THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Scone of Services. Gillespie agrees to provide services to the Orono residents as <br /> described in E�chibit A, attached and made a part of this Agreement. <br /> 2. Time for Performance of Services. Gillespie agrees to perform the services provided in <br /> E�ibit A, attached and made a part of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall <br /> be from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009,the date of signature by the parties <br /> notwithstanding. This Agreement may be extended upon the written mutual consent of <br /> the parties for such additional period, as they deem appropriate, and upon the terms and <br /> conditions as herein stated. <br /> 3. Comnensation for Services. The City hereby agrees to pay Gillespie Nineteen <br /> Thousand and no/100ths ($19,000.00)Dollars for the services provided on E�ibit A. <br /> 4. Extra Services. The City will pay Gillespie for extra services by Gillespie or Special <br /> Contractors only when authorized in writing by the City. j <br /> i <br /> 5. Authorized A�ents. The City shall appoint an authorized agent for the purpose of ' <br /> administration of this agreement.
